Torta di Cioccolata alle Mandorle


Product Description

We start with fresh California Almonds and crunchy amaretti cookies ground together. The finest Callebaut Belgian chocolate is melted and added to the mix and baked. The torta is topped with Cocoa Barry 22% cocoa powder and twelve amaretti cookies. The 9" diameter torta is about 2" high and delightfully chewy and crunchy with a deep, moist chocolate flavor that comes from using the finest ingredients. All of our products are baked by hand by artisans who are devoted to craft baking.
