Enjoy a pint or two of our competition entry into the World Gelato Tour. This Strawberry Cheesecake Crumble is the flavor that I competed with at last year's World Gelato Tour in Boulder, CO.
It starts with a creamy gelato made with Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese. Fresh strawberries are poached until a syrup is made and it is mixed in with the gelato as a variegata. We bake graham cracker crust the way mom did and break it up into little pieces and mix that into the gelato as well.
