My newest flavor. I replaced the cream in the mix with 83% European Butter to naturally infuse the gelato with a rich butter flavor. I roast and grind our Georgia pecans each day to prevent oxidation and deliver that fresh pecan flavor. Finally, I candy pecans with egg whites, sugar, and spices to add a crunch to the gelato. Every great gelato needs a crunch!
As always, everything I make is from scratch daily. Simple honest ingredients like milk, cream, and sugar form the base of our gelatos.
